Some of our customers are more comfortable with purchasing online and not having a comfort advisor come out to their home. When you buy on line, we still do come out to do a site check and make sure the unit you purchased can be installed.

The deposit is fully refundable if we do not go forward with the installation. There are some homes, however rarely we can’t install standard units.

We prefer the deposit only in the unlikely event we do need to refund its simpler for us and you the customer. 


Additional fees are rare but this is why we do a site visit so there are no surprises when we do the install.  Each home can be a bit different.

If you need a thermostat, humidifier, or anything else, the person that comes out to do the site visit and measure up, can make recommendations for a more comfortable system.
