Refund Policy

Right of cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s subscription fee.  If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the then-current monthly subscription period.  You may cancel your subscription through your account in your dashboard, or by contacting us through our help center.

Refund Policy:
Since the website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we ONLY provide limited refunds after the membership is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any membership on the website. You can request a refund for a subscription within 7 days from your initial purchase, as long as you haven’t downloaded more than five files and haven’t made use of any downloaded content. Submit a request in writing using our contact form. We do not provide credit, refunds or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such circumstance you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle.  Monthly subscriptions are not refundable mid-month or after 7 days due to the nature of digital download product being offered.  Courses do not qualify for refunds – no exceptions. For any and all custom solutions please refer to the terms of sale when you purchase a custom solution through our team and the contract it involves.
