What you’ll do:
- Educate on Web Apeel’s product, brand, culture, to our customers through our communication channels including phone, email, 1:1 inquiries, live-chat, etc.
- Collaborate with our teams and answer customers inquiries and requests including but not limited to online order management, cancellations, etc.
- Write daily, weekly, monthly communication recaps and send reports to the Digital Operations Lead
- Update our help center by analyzing customer feedback, chats, emails, etc on a weekly basis.
- Using your best judgement to bring forward any feedback that helps our service be even better.
- Keep a broad knowledge base of social media, brand campaigns, our services, and related information to assist with all related inquiries.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years or more in a customer experience role.
- You are passionate about creating great customer experiences.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Business /professional communication skills are a must - as our service is provided to management professionals, healthcare professionals amongst others.

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who loves building products that will be used by businesses every day. You will be involved in the entire product cycle - working with design, development, customer experience, and marketing teams to design, build, and launch new products, features, and improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Work with cross-teams to develop the strategy for new features, industries and content.
- Research and analyze content and industry needs of customers.
- Refine our positioning of product by working directly with the web strategy, marketing, and senior leadership teams.
- Work to ensure all deadlines are met of go-live dates including: email campaigns, in-app features/campaigns, landing pages, and all advertising.
- Develop competitive and market intelligence on what categories Web Apeel should serve.

- Develop and refine any future features, content and category needs by constantly staying up to date within the industry and the needs of our customers and prospective ones.
- Collaborate with web strategy, customer success and continually add information into our help center on any new product, features, etc.
- Lead product marketing for app (iOS and Android) based signups and features, while collaborating with web teams on design features and UX/UI.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years or more experience in product marketing
- BA/BS/BCom Degree (Business / Marketing)
- Experience in competitive market analysis and antics
- Experience with product design, growth and content
- MailChimp, Sendgrid and HubSpot experience an asset
- Super attention to detail to ensure all marketing assets are well-built and well-tested
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach
- Vast knowledge of social media and best practices

Our goal is to facilitate as many people and industries as possible and enable them to take control of their social media engagement. We make sure to focus on the many strategies in order to increase activation and adoption for our users.

What you'll be doing:
- Create a cohesive user journey via multiple touch points including emails, in-app messages, content creation, in order to help users see value in Web Apeel’s paid plans.
- Deeply understand both the audience and experience of potential new customers
- Produce in-depth segmentation and targeting, based on user data such as product usage, activity, behavior, intent, etc.
- Measure, monitor, and report on the performance and impact of tactics, continuously analyzing and developing optimizations for our web, content and analytics teams.
- Create feedback to address retention especially at the heart of the paid content we offer.
- Collaborate with email marketing specialists, paid advertising, and content teams to understand what users want.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years relevant experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
- Experience with customer automation
- Proficient in developing complex segmentation based on user data and behavior
- Strong analytics knowledge and how to measure results.
