Where do I access my downloads?
Go to your account page under downloads to view any and all downloads on your account.
How do I re-download without using my monthly credits?
Once you are in the downloads area you may click on the download button and re-download the social media content item, without having to use any of your monthly subscription credits. 
How do I change my password?
To change your password, please go to the my account area, and click on Account Details here you will be able to change your password.
How do I edit my billing or account information?
To change your billing or payment methods please click on My Account area and go to the payment methods. Here you will be able to change any credit card or billing info. Note: we do not keep any credit card information on file. All subscriptions are processed securely through our payment platform: Stripe.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
If you are interested in upgrading, downgrading or cancelling (we will be sorry to see you go!), please go to my account area under membership. Here you will have the option to upgrade or downgrade.
Where do I access courses? Are they included?
You can access courses by going to all courses [click here]. Courses are not included as part of any membership subscription. Each course is priced differently based upon its length and what you will learn.
How do the free downloads work?
Free downloads are included and you are able to download as much as you like. We add new content weekly to all areas. From holidays, to social media days and everything in between, you are able to access this area and download as much as you like. It does not count towards your subscription.
Can I request any specific content?
While we do take feedback on content suggestions, we can’t guarantee any requests are designed. Our design team is always busy loading new content on a weekly basis. Feel free to give your suggestions though! We are all ears!
What kind of content do you drop weekly?
We drop quite a few different pieces. This includes air conditioning, furnaces, plumbing, electrical, sales posts, as well as polls and questions. We continually add content. Don’t forget to check the weekly drops.
